Stolar Systems exists at the intersection of two disciplines: traditional engineering, where systems have to actually work, and AI, where most of them don't, yet.

Justin A. S. Feldman

Founder & Principal

Stolar Systems was founded by Justin Feldman, a mechanical engineer turned AI researcher. The firm draws on five years of industry engineering consulting experience, team leadership, and academic research in machine learning to help businesses adopt AI on their own terms.

HIS WORDS

I spent the first five years of my career designing mechanical systems for commercial, biopharmaceutical, and telecommunications facilities. The latter two involve work where a small mistake can shut down production or compromise public safety. Working on and managing multidisciplinary teams taught me the accountability, communication, and regulatory discipline that critical systems demand to function long after the project is done.

In 2024, I went back to school for a Master's in Artificial Intelligence. What I found wasn't a different discipline so much as the same engineering problems wearing new vocabulary. In application, the hard part of AI-integration work isn't the model. It's designing a system around the model that respects the constraints of the problem, the team, and the production environment it has to live in.

AI is one of the most consequential technologies of our time, and businesses that adopt it thoughtfully will outpace those that don't.
